This is an Iraqi (slang)_ for the person who eats a very tasty dish.
As the Iraqi fellows in the class/ or your respectful wife_ whom she knows what she is doing _ will explain, the words mean:
Alif = Thousand
Afyaa = Health
Ayoni = Dear
As well, you may add (Toney) in the end.
As soon I saw your post, I have decided to post my wishes immediately, quoting Khawla's method to use Cambridge dictionary " Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today."
So,next time you have my invitation to visit the same restaurant.
Yours sincerely

Thanks a thousand times, Firas!
It would be pleasure to go back to the Beit Al Baghdad restaurant and enjoy that gorgeous food again.
Good luck for the IELTS on 12 May.
Tony
